Brought together in the summer of 2006 by a series of twists of fate and a single-minded determination to make something truly special, Circuits currently find themselves a year later living a la ‘Help’ at their West London HQ. Like many great bands before them, Circuits move with the style and mentality of a classic gang, a mind-set that shines through in the tight and flawless essence of each song and the killer harmonies that permeate their sound.

Their spiky Brit punk has an instant pop appeal that keeps its cool whilst not being ashamed to let out a riot inducing chorus. A band that know and love their influences enough to let them find their own way into their sound naturally, Circuits combine the edginess of New Wave with echoes of Elvis Costello, fond looks over their shoulders to The Specials and the in-your-face power of the The Clash. Think The Police if Sting had been a fighter not a tantric lover.

The sonic big picture is made of Nick’s love of juggernaut sized drums, Simon’s unrelenting, brooding bass lines and Nicky’s intense, headown guitar playing that combines the crisp with the delicate. Fronted with passion and energy by Benny with his unique vocal style with its balance of vulnerability and bravado, he conveys his messages of love lost and missed opportunities with the sharpest of lyrics and smartest of attitudes.

Tours with the likes of Bedouin Soundclash, Air Traffic, The Blood Arm and Nightmare of You and a devastating gig that brought the coolest of Paris crowds to their knees have left wide eyed teens in love, jaded music fans converted and everyone else wondering when this band are going to take the headlining crowns they so richly deserve.
